Most New Zealanders will know the name Jonny Reid from the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport series and the popular Black Beauty A1GP Car.

In the past few years Jonny has turned his attention to competing in V8's and Porsche GT3's in both New Zealand and Australia, and this is continuing today across three championships.

In 2011, Jonny showed his form in his debut season in the Australian Carrera Cup by leading the championship for the early part of the season and finishing second to seasoned professional Craig Baird.

2012 is a busy year for Jonny with confirmed commitments in the Australian Carrera Cup, the inaugural New Zealand V8 SuperTourers and as endurance driver in the Australian V8 Super Cars.
